Linguistic Mentoring
Prepare for your future in French
Are you studying for a 4-year bachelor’s degree or preparatory year? Perfect your French by learning from a colleague in your discipline.
In this personalized language mentoring program, mentors come from the same field of study as their mentees and teach small groups for two hours a week.
This activity is free of charge.
Why should you sign up?
You’ll be perfecting your command of French – while consolidating the skills related to your discipline – and developing successful strategies for university studies in French. With personalized support, you’ll be able to forge links with your francophone colleagues and integrate with university life. Lastly, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in a program of year-round cultural activities.
Learning French will become the key to your integration into the French-speaking culture of Montréal and Québec.
Who is this program for?
Anyone enrolled in the first year of a 4-year bachelor’s degree or the preparatory year program, who must take French courses at the Faculté de l’éducation permanente.
